TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Every ShuiScapes project is a custom creative commission. No templates, no copied landscapes and no two projects are created the same.
By commissioning ShuiScapes and submitting payment, you agree to the following:
01 — CREATIVE PROCESS
Your references and ideas establish the direction of the project, but the final artistic interpretation remains ShuiScapes'.
I do not copy other Second Life designers' work and I do not reproduce reference images exactly.
Creativity cannot be rushed.
02 — BEFORE I BEGIN
Please provide your correct Second Life landmark, required rez/build/edit permissions (Owner group tag, I leave group when project is completed), a clear project brief and up to 3 real-life reference images if needed.
Your land must be ready before the project begins.
04 — CHANGES & REVISIONS
Reasonable adjustments are included.
A revision is not a redesign.
Major changes to the agreed concept, architecture, style or layout may require additional fees, additional landscaping budget and additional completion time.
Please do not alter the landscape while I am actively working on it.
05 — PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
- Payments are non-refundable once your project has been accepted and work has begun.
- A refund is issued only if ShuiScapes cancels the project and is unable to complete the commissioned work.

03 — TIME & ACCESS
Concept and preparation normally require approximately 7–10 business days. Landscaping itself may take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the project.
These are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.
Please allow me to work privately and without interruption during construction.
06 — COMPLETION & PORTFOLIO
Once the project is completed, maintenance and future changes become the client's responsibility.
ShuiScapes reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, website and social media use unless confidentiality is agreed before the project begins.
Every ShuiScapes landscape is created through my own artistic interpretation.
