Work hours:
- Monday to Friday.

- 12am slt to 6am slt.

- OFF on week-ends!

​Requirement:

- Rezz platform @3000m in sky for you to stay during project creation.

- Owner group tag (I leave group when project done).

- Edit rights.

- Estates Rights (for homesteads & full sims).

- Empty land w/ house rezzed only.

- A notecard w/ request. You can add 3 RL pictures as reference.

- A landmark (not Surl).

- NO peeking please.

Special note:

I do not start designing your project the same date you were given, I need to study your project, make my own researches to make it the most realistic possible. Please, give me space to be creative and work how I know best. Creativity cannot be rushed.

When I will be sure of what I will create, a date will be given to you in support group to receive your project.

Duration of the project:

- 7 to 10 business days to come up with design idea.

- 2 to 4 weeks (buiness days only) to complete it, if an easy project.

Refund Policy:

- No refunds unless I cancel the project.
